BabyBond is a nursing cover that is designed to cover Mom and not the baby. Designed by a Mom who wanted all Moms to feel comfortable breastfeeding in public without exposing oneself.
BabyBond offers three styles of this nursing cover, the Original, the Flex, and the Couture. I chose to review the Couture BabyBond because I liked that it could be adjusted to fit your body. This nursing cover is perfect if you have a baby like mine. The whole concept is cover mom and not baby, which is great because my little man doesn't even like wearing a blanket when it is cold. Not to mention the heat in Florida is ridiculous, who wants to be covered in that kind of weather.
When I first opened the box there sat the BabyBond all nicely wrapped into its self storage pouch.
At first glance it may seem a bit confusing but BabyBond was kind enough to put a tag right on the nursing cover with instructions on how to wear the Couture BabyBond.
First unravel it from it's pouch, lay it across the opposite shoulder you want to feed on. Take the tail end and slip it through the loop and adjust to your liking. Pretty simple as long as you remember to use the opposite side, which is something that I had trouble with at first.
Now I was ready to feed. After a couple of tries I believe I got the hang of it. Baby was able to eat without me struggling to keep everything contained. I was able relax a little in knowing that I was covered. Now if I can only get his little grabby hands to cooperate.
