Nutrition with quicknutritionfacts.com

Knowing what we eat is important. Knowing the nutrition facts of the foods we eat is equally important. With quicknutritionfacts.com you can find out the nutrition value on any food that you eat. If you want to know what is in marshmallows you just add it to the nutrition value calculator and click get nutrition facts. Once you get there you can put in the serving size and the nutrition facts label comes up with everything you need to know. The food is broken down even further by listing the Amino Acids,  Minerals, Vitamins, Fatty Acids, Sterols, Sugars, and Calorie Content Distribution. All of this information is helpful in knowing what makes your food good or bad for you.

Quicknutritionfacts.com also provides a section that goes over the Essential Nutrients. Each Mineral, Vitamin, and Fatty acid is explained in detail letting you know the function, deficiency, and toxicity of it. What I love most is that it gives you a list of the top 25 foods that you can find those mineral, vitamins, and fatty acids in. This is beneficial if you know what you are deficient in so you can begin to incorporate the highest level of foods in your diet.

Nutrition is important and this website has an extensive list of food to choose from to keep track of the foods you eat and the nutrients you lack.
